Open Days

The first open day for 2011 - 12 was held on Sunday November 6th. It was well attended, and students worked with:

Jonathan Rees (Head of Singing and Musical Theatre Team teacher)

Adelle Young (Recently in the West End in Chicago)

Students took part in a musical theatre class, a ballet class, a jazz class and a workshop and had access to the teachers on the day, and students who came in to help.

We had great feedback from the day - some of the comments are below:

"An exciting day full of hard work but all worth it - I learned to be confident, and learned different styles and techniques."

"A great insight into the college. I learned technique and how to present yourself for auditions."

"An amazing opportunity - it shows you if you really want to do this as a career. I learned how important it is to show confidence and expression."

The open days are designed to give the students who attend an experience of life at the college, with classes to take part in, and to have access to staff and students (who demonstrate and show everyone around) so that they can ask questions about auditioning, and the college.

See our calendar page for our FREE OPEN DAY dates for 2012 entry.
