AGENCY
There is an agency attached to the College, which is primarily aimed at helping the third years obtain work on graduation, and for past students. All students are invited to join and there is no joining fee. The usual rates of commission are charged if a student gains employment through the agency. Students are also encouraged to seek other representation, and guidance and advice is given.
GRADUATES
Graduates from the College are able to choose diverse career paths as a result of a broad and thorough training. Currently, graduates are appearing in musicals and shows all over Europe, Pantomime in the UK, and on cruise liners all over the world. Many other students are finding success within the pop industry.
2007 Graduates
Holly Clare is soon to join a Costa cruise liner as a dancer, which will be cruising in the Caribbean. She will be working with 2005 graduate Jacinta Craig.
Emerald Lutkin is soon to join the company of dancers and characters at Disneyland Paris. She is currently rehearsing for High School Musical in Peterborough.
Krista Marsden has joined the company of dancers and characters at Disneyland Paris.
Michael Peters is currently rehearsing for the West End premiere of ‘Hairspray’ in which he is to play ‘Thad’ and several other characters. (www.hairspraythemusical.co.uk)
Zoe Root is joining the cast of ‘Spirit of the Dance’ with whom she will be touring Europe, returning to appear in pantomime, with a further offer from Spirit in January.
Adrian Stokes is in Zurich where he is rehearsing for ‘We Will Rock You’. He will be performing the show in Zurich and Vienna during the forthcoming year. (www.wewillrockyou.ch)
Janine Westmoreland is joining Costa Cruises as a dancer.
2006 Graduates
Janet Montgomery recently appeared in a new play at the Old Vic for Phillip Ridley. She has made several television appearances and is soon to be acting for the BBC.
Lucy Morgan has recently completed a 6 month dance contract in Macau and she is flying to Australia this month to start rehearsals for another contract in Macau.
Georgina O’Brien has completed her first contract as lead vocalist for Costa Cruises and is soon off to the Falkland and Ascension Islands to entertain the troops.
Alexa Phelps-Gardiner has joined a band called ‘Unity Blue’ and they are busy recording and gigging - check out her tracks on myspace.
Adele Pentland is recording and writing for her debut album - under the name Adele Red - check out her tracks on myspace.
Adam Sheffield is currently appearing in ‘Starlight Express’ in Bochum, Germany. (www.starlight-express-musical.de)
And finally:
Hannah Nicholls (2003 graduate) is soon to appear alongside Zoe Tyler (tv vocal coach) in ‘Chicago and Beyond’ UK tour.
