I came to Stella Mann College with a background in performing from a young age, but I really struggled with self-confidence. After three years, that's totally changed, thanks to the help and support of my amazing peers and teachers! Now, I feel confident walking into an audition room because I finally believe in myself as a performer.
My three years at Stella Mann College were both the most challenging yet the most rewarding experience. Not only have I grown into a stronger dancer, but I’ve also gained invaluable confidence across all areas of performing. The smaller class sizes allowed for more one-to-one attention, which made a real difference compared to larger colleges. I always felt supported throughout my time there and was given incredible performance opportunities that I may not have experienced elsewhere. If anyone were to ask me about Stella Mann, I honestly couldn’t recommend it more!
I was a second year transfer to Stella Mann College due to unforeseen circumstances. The team made my transition so smooth and regularly checked in to ensure my needs were met. I was pushed both physically and mentally, expanding myself as a performer allowing me to graduate straight into a performing job. The class sizes are kept small allowing teachers to really get to know every individual and push each person to reach their full potential. I couldn't be more grateful to have been a part of the Stella family! Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to be both nurtured and challenged.
Stella Mann College truly changed my life! They saw something in me and accepted a girl who had only 4 years of dance experience prior. The college truly believed in me and supported me through my three years of training. I was trained in so many different styles and skills that have helped me tremendously in my journey in the industry so far. Learning from so many teachers that have been / are currently working in the industry is something I feel so lucky to have experienced and I am so grateful to Stella Mann for all of the opportunities I had presented to me and for their faith in me throughout!
I can’t recommend Stella Mann College enough! My three years there were genuinely some of the best of my life. I grew so much, not just as a performer, but as a person. The faculty are incredibly dedicated, supportive, and inspiring. What makes Stella truly special is the strong sense of community. All the year groups know each other, support each other, and create a real family atmosphere. I'm so grateful for everything Stella Mann college gave me.

Stella Mann changed my life completely. It gave me the chance to study and develop my skills as a dancer and performer but I've also grown as a person. For a street dancer like me, with no training, a college like Stella can really make the difference on every aspect for your future career. I'm so happy and proud about my past three years in college because I've worked next to amazing teachers in a place which I considered as a second home. I had a fantastic experience that I won't ever forget. I now feel ready for the industry.
My 3 years at Stella Mann College not only prepared me for auditions but for the industry as a whole, even down to what to say to an agent on the phone! The faculty have created an environment which made me feel free to develop my craft but push me to a level where I would hopefully book professional work, I wouldn't change a thing and had the best 3 years of my life at Stella Mann College!!
Stella Mann has provided me the opportunity to expand my training, breaking boundaries and exceeding my limits. With a strong faculty and fantastic performance opportunities, my confidence and development as an individual has increased massively. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 years at Stella Mann College, I gained skills and confidence that enabled me to attend auditions feeling prepared for the industry. I received amazing training and was made to feel so comfortable in all my classes as well as being pushed hard to achieve goals whilst having fun at the same time!
When I started Stella Mann I had zero dance experience. During my three years training I was pushed in all aspects of dance and musical theatre. The teachers are industry professionals who train and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. It’s thanks to them that I have not stopped working since graduating and have had so many versatile job roles. The professional environment created, prepares you for industry life.
I came to Stella as a blank canvas, I had never danced before… but Stella gave me an opportunity and really helped me grow as a performer, without their training I still wouldn’t be able to dance. I am forever grateful for the training and support I received throughout my three years there.
